Hide yo’ kids, hide yo’ wife cause it’s snowing everywhere out there. The snowpocalypse is officially upon us here in Philadelphia, but Temple students don’t seem to mind.  I snapped the photo on the left while trudging through the white stuff on my way to work today. Fortunately the university does such a great job plowing the sidewalks that my walk across campus wasn’t bad at all. However Temple hardly ever closes which means even this snowpocalypse isn’t enough to cancel classes. Class or no class nothing can stop the epic snowball fights bound to break out on campus later tonight and tomorrow. Meteorologists are predicting between 8 – 12 inches of snow to fall before this year’s snowpocalypse is over. Looking back though this is nothing compared to the blizzard of 2010 when 2 FEET of snow blanketed campus. You can see a story I did on last year’s epic snowstorm below.
